Donation Refund and Cancellation Policy

Society for Animal Health Agriculture Science and Humanity is set up a donation refund and cancellation policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for donations as digital payments frequently used by most of the people.

We make public our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for the social cause on payment gateway as under:-

1. Refund/cancellation of online donation by any donor through payment gateway will not be entertained.
2. Refund of any amount donated by the donor will be not allowed.

3. If an in-kind donation received by donor from any part of India or abroad, and the material will be reached to the actual beneficiaries then it cannot be refunded to the donor. The donation will be used for the rural development, child education or women’s empowerment or farmer training or Health Care, Legal Awareness, Animal welfare and sports.

Society for Animal Health Agriculture Science and Humanity may also seek further information/documents from the donor whenever required, please cooperate in this regard.

All decisions of Society for Animal Health Agriculture Science and Humanity in this regard will be final and binding on the donor.
