He also holds Master of Computer Application and LLB. He mentor and monitor the performance of the finance team as well as interact with donor corporate and help them in understanding & the needs of the society among corporate. He also certified in Basic Nutrition, Anaemia, WASH and Yoga from Ministry of Women and Child Development. He is also a lifetime member of St John Ambulance (India).He also a president of SHAOLIN HUNG GAR KUNG FU-WUSHU ASSOCIATION DELHI.

At present, he is associate with us and creating an impact on the society in bringing positive change with implementation of different projects like WEDP, Livelihood, WASH and many more.

He involved in making strategies for skill development and coordinating different departments of the state and central government. He also coordinated to companies who support training under CSR.

He has more than 25 years of experience in consulting and worked as an Insurance Advisor. He holds a postgraduate degree in sociology from Dr.Ram Manohar Lohia University, Ayodhya, UP. He provides consultancy in insurance issues faced by farmers and other sections of the community. He motivated the farmers to take health insurance, crop insurance, livestock insurance, and commercial insurance and organized and take a seminar to aware of the policies of the government.

He has more than 20 years of experience in social work. He holds a graduate degree from Delhi University. He raises the concern of slum areas people residing in unauthorized colonies of Delhi. He consolidates the reports of issues facing by them and forwards their applications to the concern departments. He also helps them in basic needs like water, sanitation issues in their area.
