World Environment Day Celebration Kanodia Sem Private Limited and the Society for Animal Health Agriculture Science and Humanity jointly organized a World Environment Day event with the collaboration of the Horticulture Department. On this occasion, a tree plantation campaign was conducted in the premises of Kanodia Sem Private Limited. The chief guests for the event were Mr. Anand Gautam, Plant Head of Kanodia Sem Private Limited, along with special guests Mr. Anil Singh, In-Charge of the Seed Sales Center in Amethi, Mr. Chandra Pal Yadav, Coordinator of SAHASH, and social worker Mr. S.P. Singh. During the program, everyone pledged their commitment to protecting the environment by taking the vow of "Save the Earth, Save the Trees, Save Lives." The organization set a target to plant 5,000 trees in villages. The trees will be planted based on the land conditions, and today, neem, mango, and jamun trees were planted. This event inspired everyone to work together to protect the environment and make concerted efforts to keep it safe. The occasion was attended by employees including Ankit from the Safety Department, Suresh Singh, Security Supervisor at Kanodia Sem Private Limited, Raj Bahadur from Ramganj Nursery, Vijay from Bhader Nursery, Umesh, and Sanjay Yadav, among others.

This initiative, along with the support of various laws and acts, can significantly transform the landscape for women's rights in India, promoting their overall well-being and active participation in all sectors of society.

On World Menstrual Hygiene Day, the Society for Animal Health, Agriculture Science and Humanity reinforces its dedication to enhancing menstrual health awareness. We strive to ensure that every adolescent girl has access to reliable information regarding menstrual hygiene, health, and well-being, as well as the support necessary for her to manage menstruation with confidence and dignity. Through our community outreach efforts and on-ground awareness initiatives, we are fostering open discussions about menstruation and actively working to dismantle the stigma that affects the health, education, and confidence of countless young girls. We believe that raising awareness about menstrual health is vital for the well-being, self-assurance, and future prospects of every girl.

Women honored on International Women's Day in Saruwawan Amethi. On the occasion of International Women's Day, an event was organized by the Society for Animal Health, Agriculture Science and Humanity (SAHASH) in the Gram Sabha of Saruwawan. This organization, Mera Yuva Amethi (Uttar Pradesh), is affiliated with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. The chief guest of the event, Deputy District Magistrate Mr. Nitesh, stated that the respect and safety of women is the government's top priority. District Medical Officer Dr. Anshuman Singh stated that women are playing a vital role in every area of ​​development today, and the Health Department is always ready to serve them. Dr. Shankar Lal, Head of the Department of Sociology, Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (Central University), Satellite Center, Tikarmafi, Amethi, elaborated on the achievements and contributions of women. The organization's founder, Er. Lalmani Kashyap, provided information about the organization's work in the areas of women's self-reliance, health, agriculture, sports, and internships. Coordinator Chandrapal Yadav raised awareness about anemia and women's health. Ram Sahay Kashyap, retired Tehsildar and Advocate, High Court, Lucknow, provided information on laws related to women. While the Mahila Thana in-charge, Mrs. Kanchan Singh, spoke in detail about cybercrime and the women's helplines 1090 and 112. At the end of the program, ASHA workers, Anganwadi workers, and social workers from the area were honored with certificates. Hundreds of women from the area, including Dr. Abhimanyu Verma, Namrata Jaiswal, Brijesh Jaiswal, Gokul Prasad Yadav, Surendra Ambedkar, Udaybhan alias Pintu Singh, Mehnaz Bano, Neelam Singh, Krishnanand Yadav, Dr. S.P. Singh, Sonu Yadav, Ramkaran, and Reshma Bano, were present on the occasion.

An awareness campaign addressing anemia among adolescent girls and pregnant women was organized at Upper Primary School, Saraikhema, Block Amethi. The initiative was conducted under the joint efforts of Society for Animal Health, Agriculture Science and Humanity, Mera Yuva Bharat Amethi, and Sahayak Trust Mumbai, with the support of the Health Department. The program was inaugurated by Mr. Raj Singh, Community Health Officer, Munshiganj. He highlighted that recent studies indicate nearly 31% of pregnant women in the district are affected by anemia, with hemoglobin levels found to be below 7 g/dL in many cases. He also informed that the government organizes regular health check-up camps on the 1st, 9th, 16th, and 24th of every month at government hospitals. Ms. Sunita Singh, Principal, emphasized that a healthy woman should have a hemoglobin level of 12 g/dL. Mr. S.P. Singh, Master Trainer, shared that a significant number of adolescent girls and women across various age groups in Amethi have been identified with low hemoglobin levels, and nearly 89% of adolescent girls are affected by anemia nationwide. He also pointed out that tobacco, gutka, and alcohol hinder iron absorption, and encouraged the use of iron-rich diets, sprouted grains, drumstick (moringa), and iron utensils for cooking. Ms. Nandini Singh explained the symptoms and risks of anemia, including fatigue, dizziness, breathlessness, pale skin, headaches, rapid heartbeat, poor appetite, low birth weight, premature delivery, irritability, frequent illness, and lack of mental focus. Master Trainer Mr. Chander Pal Yadav elaborated on developing organic nutrition gardens and demonstrated the preparation and benefits of Beejamrit and Jeevamrit. He stressed the importance of a balanced diet and avoiding junk food. A nutritious diet should include iron, protein, vitamin C, green vegetables, beetroot, and carrots, along with adequate hydration of 6–7 glasses of water daily. The event witnessed the participation of more than 59 girls, along with Adv. CP Singh, Ms. Madhuri Srivastava, Mr. Jai Prakash Verma, Ms. Poonam Verma, Ms. Savitri Devi, and others.

Recognizing the growing challenge of anemia among adolescent girls and pregnant women in Bhader Block, Amethi, an awareness campaign was organized in Village Takiya through the joint initiative of Society for Animal Health, Agriculture Science and Humanity, affiliated with Mera Yuva Bharat, Amethi, and Sahaayak Trust, Mumbai, with the support of the Health Department. The program was inaugurated by Rekha Gupta, Health Sakhi, who highlighted that studies reveal nearly 31% of pregnant women in the district suffer from anemia, with hemoglobin levels falling below 7 g/dl in many cases. Reshma Bano informed participants about government health check-up camps conducted every month on the 1st, 9th, 16th, and 24th at government hospitals. She emphasized that a healthy woman should have a hemoglobin level of 12 g/dl. Er. Lalmani Kashyap, Member, District Youth Programme Advisory Committee and Founder of SAHAS, shared alarming data stating that 89% of adolescent girls across India are affected by anemia. He stressed that consumption of tobacco, gutkha, and alcohol inhibits iron absorption and encouraged the use of sprouted grains, drumstick (moringa), and iron utensils for cooking. The speakers explained common symptoms among affected adolescent girls and pregnant women, including fatigue, dizziness, breathlessness, pale skin, headaches, rapid heartbeat, loss of appetite, irritability, frequent illness, low birth weight, premature delivery, and reduced mental concentration. Master Trainer Mr. Chander Pal Yadav highlighted that one out of every two children aged 0–59 months and one out of every two women aged 15–59 years are anemic. He demonstrated methods for creating organic nutrition gardens and explained the preparation and benefits of Beejamrit and Jeevamrit. He emphasized the importance of balanced nutrition, avoiding junk food, and consuming iron-rich foods, proteins, vitamin C, green leafy vegetables, beetroot, and carrots, along with drinking 6–7 glasses of water daily. The awareness program witnessed the active participation of over 35 adolescent girls, along with community members including Mohd. Abbas, Manju Yadav, Rajkumari, and Rita Devi.
